This request form is for recognized Student Government Inc. (SGI) organizations requesting space for events that may require a room setup and/or special approval. The request must be submitted 28 days prior or up to one semester in advance. Please email Sol Cameron at camerons@stjohns.edu if you experience technical difficulties.

If a space or resource(s) are not found, they have already been assigned to another event. We recommend you complete this request form as early as possible (up to one semester), and you must submit this form no less than 21 days in advance.
