· If you'd like to set up a classroom technology training appointment before your event, go to https://signon.stjohns.edu and click the Technology Appointments chicklet.

· Please call 718-990-5845 only if you experience technical difficulties in a classroom.

To borrow a Laptop:

All requests to borrow a laptop for events must now go through the Laptop Loaner Booking System. These laptops must be picked up in Newman B1 (located in the breezeway between Newman and Marillac Halls) before the start of your event: How do I reserve a laptop for my event? Other areas on Campus- Please Note: Some areas on campus are not supported by IT or AV Services. Particularly, Carnesecca Arena, Taffner, Marillac Terrace, and any outdoor facilities. Large venues/performances that require multiple microphones, playback, lightning, and live streaming, are not handled by any office at St. John’s University. These events may require a rental of off-campus equipment and personnel at the event organizer’s expense. To request an external vendor for your event, please contact:
